How to Order: Children's Publishing offers their customers a variety of ordering options. You can order: on-line by browsing through our on-line catalog and using our shopping cart system, by phone (512) 864-7364, and by mail. We will only be accepting checks for mail orders and not phone orders. For mail orders an order form can be printed by using the on-line shopping cart system or by clicking on the "Printable Order Form" link. Mail orders should be sent to: Children's Publishing 201 Woodland Park Georgetown, TX 78628 Account Setup and Log-in: For online ordering using the shopping cart, customers will have to set up an account and log-in before they can check out. Once they click the "Check Out" button a form will appear for the customer to complete. Information required for "Account Setup" includes name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Information required for log-in will be e-mail address and password. Taxes: If you are a Texas resident a sales tax of 6.25% will be added to your order unless you are tax exempt and provide your tax ID number. If you are not a Texas resident, you do not need to pay any sales tax. Shipping and Handling Charges: Children's Publishing will ship your order to you by US Postal "Media Mail". Our shipping and handling charges are based on size of order as follows: Orders under $20.00 - Add $4.00 $20.00 to $49.99 - Add $7.00 $50.00 to $99.99 - Add $9.75 $100.00 to $200.00 - Add $15.00 Over $200 - FREE SHIPPING Children's Publishing does not currently ship orders to Canada, Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations. Replacement Policy: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact Children's Publishing immediately, and we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. All defective products must be returned to Children's Publishing within 30 days of the invoice date. No items will be accepted for replacement after 30 days of the invoice date.
