Webs for Language ECL32034  Webs for Language offers reproducible oral and written activities developed to stimulate students' language skills. Presented in two formats, these creative language materials contain:

A. Forty filled-in webs, each consisting of 4 topic-related categories with 5 items listed per category, plus a topic sentence.
B. Forty corresponding incomplete webs on the back of each filled-in web containing the same 4 categories with one item listed per category and four blanks for students to fill in during class, follow-up lessons, or home activities.

Example webs are: Bakery, Breakfast, Camping, Exercise, Farm Animals, Favorite Sport, Hiking, Making Pizza, My School, My Vacation, Rain Forest, Shopping, Spare Time, Toy Store, and Zoo.

These webs allow students in classrooms, small groups, and learning centers to organize and sequence familiar experiences, then describe and discuss them using appropriate language structures. This approach to language teaching facilitates the development and expansion of a wide variety of language skills including:
