Pigs In Space GP11  This book has been designed with special needs children in mind, although beginning readers of any level can benefit from the positive experiences inside. Activities in the book have been created for children of varying ability levels.

In this book a child attaches 3 picture/symbol cards on each page that illustrates the sentence visually. Each sentence contains an animal, a word that rhymes with the animal, and a proposition. For example, The "cat" is "on" the "mat." On the back of each sentence page you will find an illustration of the completed sentence. The book can be read front to back while learning the vocabulary. When the child can read each sentence without pictures, he/she can read the book from the back to the front!

Extra or replacement velcro-backed 4-color picture cards can be purchased to replace lost or damaged cards and can be placed in AAC devices for communications or used to create new sentences and games.
