KidSongs for Speech - Songs To Help You Get Acquainted With Your Mouth  The 52 page booklet includes 10 song lyrics, the primary goal for each song, the rationale for each song, and instructional activities for each song. Each interactive song focuses on sensation, oral differentiation, stabilization, resting postures, sucking, blowing, and more.

These songs are for the child, therapist, teacher, parent, or anyone who just loves music and movement. Music adds a stimulating and exciting dimension to learning especially about a most important and fascinating body-part our mouth!

Young children will be delighted to sing along and move to the music as they get acquainted with their mouths and learn speech-readiness skills! Song themes are based on early-developing concepts about the mouth, its oral function and basic movements, and how it relates to the rest of the body. Most children should be able to understand the activities of these songs. Song contents are primarily based on Char Boshart's oral sensory-motor assessment and treatment philosophy and techniques.
