Privacy Policy:

At Children's Publishing all personal information is only used to ensure proper handling of your order. We value our customer's privacy and will not provide customer information to any third party.

How to Order:

Children's Publishing offers their customers a variety of ordering options. You can order:

1. on-line by browsing through our on-line catalog and using our shopping cart system,
2. by fax (512) 864-1282
3. by phone (512) 864-7364 or (877) 864-7364 , and
4. by mail.

We accept Purchase Orders via on-line shopping cart, fax, phone, and mail. Checks or credit cards will be accepted for mail orders. For mail orders or fax orders an order form can be printed by using the on-line shopping cart system or by clicking on the "Printable Order Form" link. Mail orders should be sent to:

Account Setup and Log-in:

For online ordering using the shopping cart, customers will have to set up an account and log-in before they can check out. Once they click the "Check Out" button a form will appear for the customer to complete. Information required for "Account Setup" includes name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Information required for log-in will be e-mail address and password.

Taxes:

If you are a Texas resident a sales tax of 6.25% will be added to your order unless you are tax exempt and provide your tax ID number. If you are not a Texas resident, you do not need to pay any sales tax.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Children's Publishing will ship your order to you via US Postal Service (Priority or Media Mail), UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground. Our shipping and handling charges are based on size of order as follows:

Orders under $20.00 - Add $5.00
$20.00 to $49.99 - Add $8.00
$50.00 to $99.99 - Add $10.75
$100.00 to $250.00 - Add $15.00
Over $250.00 - FREE SHIPPING

We try to keep shipping and handling costs at a minimum by selecting a shipping method to best match the charges outlined in the above table unless you specifically ask us to ship your order via a specific carrier or to expedite delivery for an added charge. In some cases shipping cost will be reduced. Express air delivery (overnight and second-day service) is available at an additional charge. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order for requested express air delivery.

Children's Publishing does not currently ship orders to international destinations. We do ship to Canada for an additional shipping fee of $7.00. Customers should be aware that other fees such as customs and other taxes may be required by Canada. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement Policy:

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact Children's Publishing immediately, and we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. All defective products must be returned to Children's Publishing within 30 days of the invoice date. No items will be accepted for replacement after 30 days of the invoice date. Return Policy:

You may return any product in sellable condition that does not meet your needs within 30 days of purchase except opened tests and test forms. We will replace open software only if the software is defective. Please indicate reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange the returned item for another product or receive a refund. Also include your name, address, phone number, and email address. Repackage the return items carefully and ship to the following address via a delivery method that allows you to track the package just in case we do not receive it:

Children's Publishing expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind with respect to products sold in its catalog or on its web-site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Children's Publishing, its officers, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Product Substitution:

In regard to accessories included in the Phonemic Awareness Tales Literacy Kit, Children's Publishing reserves the right to substitute an accessory of equal or greater value for one that is currently unavailable.
