Terms and Conditions:

Children’s Publishing may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating and posting the update on our website.

Children’s Publishing does accept purchase orders which should be paid within 30 days of the shipment date.

Copyright materials on our website are provided with “Restricted Rights”. Use of these products are subject to restrictions as set forth by a Vendor’s proprietary product rights. None of the material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, posted or transmitted in any form or means without the express written permission of the Vendor.

Privacy Policy:

At Children’s Publishing all personal information collected is only used to ensure proper handling of your order. For Clients this information may include your name and contact information, shipping and billing information, payment information such as credit card numbers, occupation, purchase history, and other associated information. We value our customer’s privacy and will not sell or provide customer information to any third party. Children known to be under the age of thirteen (13) are not allowed to use our services.

To prevent unauthorized access and use of information, we have put in place appropriate procedures reasonably designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect during the ordering process.

How to Order:

Children's Publishing offers their customers a variety of ordering options. You can order:

1. on-line by browsing through our on-line catalog and using paypal,
2. and by mail.

We accept Purchase Orders via mail. Checks will be accepted for mail orders. For mail orders an order form can be printed by clicking on the "Printable Order Form" link. Mail orders should be sent to:

Account Setup and Log-in:

For online ordering using the paypal, customers may use a credit card or paypal account to check out.

Taxes:

If you are a Texas resident a sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your order unless you are tax exempt and provide your tax ID number. If you are not a Texas resident, you do not need to pay any sales tax.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

Children’s Publishing will ship your order via US Postal Service (Priority or Media Mail) or via FedEx (Ground or Home Delivery). Our shipping and handling charges are based on size of order as follows:

Orders under $20.00 - Add $6.00
$20.00 to $49.99 - Add $8.00
$50.00 to $99.99 - Add $10.75
$100.00 to $250.00 - Add $15.00
Over $250.00 - FREE SHIPPING (Except Canadian Orders)

We try to keep shipping and handling costs at a minimum by selecting a shipping method to best match the charges outlined in the above table unless you specifically ask us to ship your order via a specific carrier or to expedite delivery for an added charge. In some cases shipping cost will be reduced. Express air delivery (overnight and second-day service) is available at an additional charge. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order for requested express air delivery.

Children's Publishing does not currently ship orders to international destinations. We do ship to Canada for an additional shipping fee of $11.00 above normal shipping charges. For small orders shipping cost may be less. Customers should be aware that other fees such as customs and other taxes may be required by Canada. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Replacement Policy:

If an item is defective or damaged, please contact Children's Publishing immediately, and we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost. All defective products must be returned to Children's Publishing within 30 days of the invoice date. No items will be accepted for replacement after 30 days of the invoice date. Return Policy:

You may return any product in sellable condition that does not meet your needs within 30 days of purchase except opened tests and test forms. We will replace open software only if the software is defective. Please indicate reason for the return and whether you would like to exchange the returned item for another product or receive a refund. Also include your name, address, phone number, and email address. Repackage the return items carefully and ship to the following address via a delivery method that allows you to track the package just in case we do not receive it:

Children's Publishing expressly disclaims any warranties of any kind with respect to products sold in its catalog or on its web-site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Children's Publishing, its officers, employees, or representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
